About

FaceFusion is a Python app (web UI, headless CLI, batch jobs) that swaps faces in images and video on CUDA, CoreML, DirectML or CPU. OpenRAIL-AS restricts uses and a built-in analyser blocks NSFW frames. The default swap model is research-only; the ghost models are Apache-2.0.

Get started

Create a Python 3.12 conda env and clone the repo
Run python install.py default, or cuda@12 for NVIDIA GPUs
Run headless-run with source, target and output paths
