About
AWS email service for sending and receiving mail through the SES API, SMTP or the AWS SDKs. It is billed per email with no SES-specific free allowance. New accounts start in a sandbox and must request production access.
What you can do with it
- Send transactional and marketing email from your app via API or SMTP
- Receive inbound email and hand it to S3, SNS or Lambda
- Get bounce, complaint and delivery notifications through SNS
Get started
- Verify a sender address or domain
- Request production access to leave the sandbox
- Configure AWS credentials for the AWS CLI
