iletiMerkezi is a licensed Turkish SMS provider with a JSON API for bulk and scheduled SMS, delivery reports, webhooks, blacklists and İYS consent records, plus an official MCP server. New accounts get 100 free SMS credits and can test with the APITEST sender before approval.
