About

Mutlucell is a licensed Turkish telecom operator whose XML API sends single and bulk SMS, schedules sends, returns delivery reports, lists inbound SMS and manages a blacklist. Docs are in Turkish; SMS is billed per message or in prepaid packages, plus a yearly number fee.

Get started

Open a Mutlucell account and get an approved sender name (originator)
Use your account username with its password or the emailed API key
POST an smspack XML document to the smsgw.mutlucell.com send endpoint
