About

Tripo's API generates textured 3D meshes from a text prompt, a single image or four multiview images, plus rigging, retopology and format conversion. Generation runs as an async task you poll, and usage is billed in credits with a freeze-on-submit, refund-on-failure model.

What you can do with it

Generate a textured 3D model from a text prompt or reference image
Rig a generated character and export it as GLB, FBX or USDZ
Import a generated model directly into Blender, Unity or Unreal

Create an account on the Tripo Console
Create an API key on the API Keys page
Poll the task until status is success
