About
Whimsical is a hosted visual workspace: infinite-canvas boards, flowcharts, wireframes and mind maps, plus AI tools that turn a prompt into a diagram. A free plan covers unlimited boards; paid plans add unlimited objects and SSO. A remote MCP server lets AI clients create and search content.
What you can do with it
- Sketch a flowchart, wireframe or mind map on an infinite-canvas board
- Let an AI client create or search Whimsical boards and docs through the MCP server
- Turn a text prompt or image into a flowchart, mind map or wireframe
Get started
- Sign up at whimsical.com and create a board
- Add the remote MCP server https://mcp.whimsical.com/mcp to your MCP client
